At Courtyard, we appreciate quiet and calm atmosphere. Please turn off your cell phones prior to entering the spa. Also, please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to do any paperwork and prepare for your Courtyard experience.

AtCourtyard, we recommend that all valuables should be safely locked away in lockers provided. We apologize, but we cannot assume any liability for valuables left unattended.
At any Courtyard location, we require 24 hour notice for all single appointment changes and 48 hours notice for package appointment changes (policy applies to any cancellations and rescheduled appointments). Appointments modified with less than 24/48 hours notice are subject to the half price of the service. A credit card or gift certificate number is required to book with us for the first time. Please note the NO SHOW appointments are charged at full price.
All sales are final. Due to hygiene reasons, skin care and/or mineral products are not returnable or exchangeable. Also, gift certificates are not returnable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Any gift certificate with specific services have six months validity.
